To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return. Any returned items without an RMA number will not be accepted at our address and will be left with your courier to be returned to you. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us to initiate a return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery:
- Sanitiser Dispensers
For defective or damaged products, please contact us via the email address below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless due to a faulty or damaged product.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned – this includes any discounts provided by coupons, or other price reductions from the full displayed RRP of the product.
- Any returns that we agree to accept must be delivered back to our warehouse in as-new condition, deductions will be made from any refund for any damage and additional costs incurred repairing/refurbishing any items not in pristine condition.
- Returns must be sent via a tracked and insured service – we will accept no responsibilty for lost or damaged returns.
