Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday can normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 on Friday, and over the weekend, will normally be sent out on Monday. We’re closed on UK bank holidays, so please allow extra processing time for your order when one occurs.
Delivery charges are based on your order weight and are calculated in the cart/checkout when you enter your address. We can also offer an expedited delivery service if you should require it. Please bear in mind that orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We will endeavour to contact you after reciept of your order to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Someone will need to be available to take delivery for all orders of Igloo frames, covers and sanitiser dispensers.
